Restaurant Pavilions: Up to 20 quality restaurants will be invited to participate in the Restaurant Pavilion area. Each unit will be fitted with a selection of preparation, service and storage equipment and will have access onto the main thoroughfare. Costs €1,800 plus vat. Each restaurant will be invited to submit a sampling menu of from 3 to 5 items with a retail price of €3 to €8.How To Get Involved:

The organisers of the event will select a range of complimentary restaurants to participate in the event. There is a charge for the fully fitted stand areas which includes cold storage, preparation and services facilities, power, waste removal and signage. Restaurants can, however, expect to recoup of all if not more than the cost of participation through the sale of their dishes on a revenue share basis. Dishes can be priced from €3 to €8 each and should be sample size. Drinks, cocktails, wine, beers and other beverages can also be sold on a sampling and revenue producing basis.

Covered stand space is also available for exhibitors to promote a wide variety of related products. Manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers can take advantage of this high profile, well targeted and proven marketing opportunity to reach their target market, generate footfall, consumer interest and direct cash sales.

TasteFest Cork will be more than an opportunity to sample culinary delights, it will be a social and cultural experience with high calibre features and entertainment. The venue, Fitzgerald Park, has been selected because of its strategic location and because of the ambiance it will impart to the event thereby ensuring that visitors enjoy the products, the atmosphere and the experience.
