Chefs Demonstration Theatre
Head Chef extraordinaire Conrad Gallagher will sharing his culinary skills in the Chefs Demonstration Theatre on Saturday and Sunday. Many of you familiar with Conrad’s much patient approach to guiding and teaching his protégés on TV3’s Head Chef reality programme will be in for a treat as Conrad imparts his expertise to help you learn new skills and enhance your own cooking experience.
Rachel Allen is the author of four bestselling cookery books, which include Rachel’s Favourite Food at Home and Rachel’s Food for Living. Her extremely popular television series for RTE and the BBC have been broadcast internationally and she frequently appears on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen.
TV3 celebrity chef Andrew Rudd will also be on hand each day to showcase his skills and culinary delights from an expanding career providing cookery demonstrations, private dining and fine dining to food lovers nationwide.
Each day there will be a fantastic programme of demonstrations featuring an amazing line up of top chefs from Cork and further afield.
